NTSA Examinations for our Trainees

As Bandari Maritime Academy continues to strengthen its position as a premier institution for Maritime and Blue Economy training, 27 trainees from the 26th cohort of the Forklift Operations course under the School of Port Operations successfully sat for their final examinations today.
This course is part of the Academy’s commitment to producing highly skilled and safety-conscious port equipment operators to meet the growing demands of Kenya’s Maritime and logistics sector.
The Forklift Operations training equips learners with both theoretical knowledge and practical competence in handling port and terminal cargo safely, efficiently and in accordance with international safety standards.
The final examinations were conducted under the instruction and supervision of Loth Komora, a seasoned Port Operations Equipment Trainer at the Academy and officially examined by Daniel Kilunda, a certified examiner from the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA).
Successful completion of this course positions the graduates for immediate integration into port operations across the region, particularly in container terminals, logistics parks and other cargo-handling facilities contributing significantly to the development of a skilled workforce for Kenya’s expanding Maritime economy.
Bandari Maritime Academy remains committed to enhancing practical, industry-relevant training through continuous collaboration with regulatory authorities and industry partners to ensure that its graduates meet both local and global standards.
