The Board of Directors of Bandari Maritime Academy (BMA), led by Chairman Eng. Lung’anzi Chai Mangale, together with the Chief Executive Officer Dr. Eric Katana and members of the Senior Management Team, are participating in a Mwongozo Induction Workshop at Lake Naivasha Resort, Naivasha.
The three-day induction, facilitated by the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS) in collaboration with the State Corporations Advisory Committee (SCAC), aims to deepen participants’ understanding of sound governance practices, leadership ethics, and institutional accountability within public sector entities.
Among the key topics under discussion are Good Governance in State Corporations and strategies for achieving a zero-fault audit regime—critical elements in promoting transparency, efficiency, and responsible management of public resources.
